Submit a SACRED CARE Referral

SACRED Care Referral operates under SACRED (Student Accountability, Conduct, Resources, and Education Division), À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ’s coordinated, cross-campus framework for addressing student concerns and supporting holistic student success. Comprised of representatives from across the campus community, SACRED provides structured review, guidance, supportive interventions, and referrals to appropriate campus and community resources. The SACRED Care Referral process is confidential and available for currently enrolled students experiencing academic challenges, conduct matters, personal hardship, or resource-related needs. Faculty, staff, and students may submit referrals, including anonymously, to ensure timely assessment and coordinated support.
À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ SACRED CARE Process
Once a referral is received, the SACRED team conducts a structured review to assess the students’ needs and circumstances. Based on that assessment, appropriate supportive interventions are implemented, and the student is connected with relevant campus and community resources.
The team maintains follow-up as appropriate to monitor progress, provide continued support, and reinforce accountability in alignment with the student’s success plan.
We screen referrals each weekday and hold meetings weekly to assess the level of risk and determine appropriate action steps.  Emergency meetings may be called in case of critical incidents. Following the team meeting, we will begin taking action steps based on the level of risk assessed in the referral and through additional information that the team gathers. Should you continue to notice behaviors of concern, or have any follow up questions for our team, please feel free to submit another referral or contact our office at sacredcare@clintoncollege.edu
